We do NOT accept tips at The Roots of Health because:
- We want to keep our prices real. There are no hidden costs or expectations to what we charge.
- We want to set a medical standard for the massage/bodywork profession. You do not tip your doctor, dentist, physical therapist, etc. Massage Therapists are also medical practitioners.
- Instead of tipping, we greatly appreciate you expressing your gratitude by sharing our information and spreading the word about us. And everyone benefits with our “Referral/Thank You Program.”
Referral/Thank You Program:
We appreciate when you spread the word about us. Clients who refer a friend receive $25 off their next regularly priced session when the friend becomes a new client, and the friend gets $10 off their 1st regularly priced session.
Family Discount Program:
When 2 or more members of a family book appointments with us within the same week of each other, they each get $5 off their session that week.
Prepaid Packages:
Prepaid packages are designed to provide discounts for clients who may benefit from frequent regular therapeutic sessions. Packages are designed for one or more sessions to be scheduled per week, with a minimum of one session per week, which facilitates optimal treatment progress.
- 3 Session Introductory Package ($20 off regular price). This package is mostly intended for those who are unsure if a given therapy will benefit them. By the end of 3 sessions it should be clear if the therapy will be beneficial to you regarding your specific needs or conditions.
- 6 Session Package (10% off regular price)
- 10 Session Package (15% off regular price)

There is a
$2.75 processing fee when using a credit or debit card to pay for services or products. There are
no additional fees for paying with cash or check.
24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancelations is required for a scheduled session that cannot be kept. The full session fee may be charged for any missed or canceled sessions that do not provide 24-hour notice.
If a client arrives late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time so the following client is not penalized. If a session runs short due to the lateness of the client, it is the client's responsibility to pay for the fully scheduled session.
